Buyer Questions
Lyre's for wholesale — frequently asked |
|
Is Lyre's actually alcohol-free?
Lyre's is non-alcoholic at <0.5% ABV. Rather than removing alcohol from a finished spirit, Lyre's builds flavour from natural essences, distillates and extracts — so it never contained meaningful alcohol in the first place. Every product is vegan and gluten-free.
Which Lyre's should I stock first?
For a cocktail bar, start with Dry London (Gin), American Malt (Whiskey) and Agave Blanco (Tequila) to cover the most-ordered classics, then add Aperitif Rosso and Italian Orange to build a non-alcoholic Negroni. For hotels and events, lead with Classico sparkling and the ready-to-drink cans for volume and room service.
Can I use Lyre's as a 1:1 substitute in cocktail recipes?
Yes — Lyre's is designed for 1:1 substitution, so your team follows existing recipes with minimal change. Pour Dry London for a Gin & Tonic, American Malt for an Old Fashioned, Agave Blanco for a Margarita, or combine Dry London, Aperitif Rosso and Italian Orange for a zero-proof Negroni. Lyre's is built to be mixed, not sipped neat.
What sizes and case quantities does Lyre's come in?
Spirit alternatives are 700ml (23.7 fl oz) bottles, sold by the case of 6. Classico and Classico Rosé sparkling are 750ml, also by the case of 6. Ready-to-drink cans are 250ml (8.45 fl oz), sold by the case of 24 (6×4-pack). Single bottles are available on most spirits for sampling.
Can I build a complete non-alcoholic back bar from Lyre's alone?
Yes. Lyre's spans gin, whiskey, rum, tequila, vermouth, liqueurs and apéritivo, plus sparkling and ready-to-drink cans — so a single house covers a full zero-proof cocktail menu. That single-supplier breadth is why Lyre's anchors the Core tier of a serious program.
Does Zepeim ship Lyre's nationwide?
Zepeim distributes across most of the US, with exclusive partners in some regions. Contact us to confirm availability in your market and set up a wholesale account.
