Is Noughty really alcohol-free?
Yes — the sparkling Chardonnay and Rosé are genuinely 0.0%, and the still Rouge, Blanc and Rosé are dealcoholized to under 0.5%, the threshold for non-alcoholic wine. Each begins as real organic wine and is gently dealcoholized so it keeps the character of the original.
What is in the Noughty range?
Five wines: a flagship 0.0% Sparkling Chardonnay and Sparkling Rosé from Spain (cases of 12), plus dealcoholized still Rouge, Blanc and Rosé from South Africa (cases of 6).
Is Noughty organic and vegan?
Yes — every Noughty wine is made from organic grapes and is vegan and halal, with low sugar by design. Thomson & Scott is a Certified B Corp.
How is it dealcoholized?
Noughty is made as real wine, then the alcohol is gently removed using spun-cone technology under vacuum at low temperature. This preserves the body, colour and flavour, so the result is wine without the alcohol.
