Rather than dealcoholizing a finished wine, French Bloom builds a base wine designed for dealcoholization from the start — preserving the structure, minerality and fine bead of real sparkling wine at a genuine 0.0% ABV. Backed by Moët Hennessy (LVMH) and poured across Formula 1 hospitality, it is the statement pour for celebrations, tasting menus and luxury programs.
