Le Blanc opens with pear, citrus and white flowers. The palate shows tropical fruit, green apple and a slightly spicy citrus lift over elegant minerality, and the finish is crisp, dry and persistent.

About French Bloom

French Bloom is a French Maison founded in 2021 by Maggie Frerejean-Taittinger and Constance Jablonski, crafting premium alcohol-free sparkling wines from organic Chardonnay grown in Limoux. Rather than dealcoholizing a finished wine, French Bloom builds a base wine designed from the start for dealcoholization — harvesting early, ageing in oak, then removing the alcohol in a careful multi-step process. In 2024 Moët Hennessy (LVMH) took a stake in the brand, its first move into non-alcoholic wine; French Bloom is now the official alcohol-free sparkling partner of Formula 1 and a three-time World’s Best Alcohol-Free winner.
