What is Copenhagen Sparkling Tea BLÅ?
Copenhagen Sparkling Tea BLÅ is a genuinely alcohol-free (0.0% ABV) organic sparkling tea from Denmark, sold by the case of twelve 750ml bottles. Up to 13 organic teas are brewed separately at different temperatures and intervals, then combined with a small base of grape must and a dash of lemon — building the structure, tannin, and complexity of real wine without a drop of alcohol. Historically it has performed best where a venue wants a credible alcohol-free pour that sits on the wine list rather than in the soft drinks: welcome glasses, by-the-glass pairings, raw bars, and premium minibars. Zepeim is the proud US importer.

Flavor profile
Opens with delicate jasmine, chamomile, and a hint of citrus. A round mid-palate from a careful selection of white teas, with complexity and depth from the green teas. It finishes long, carried by comfortable tannins from the Darjeeling First Flush. Light green with yellow nuances in the glass.
How to serve it
Serve well chilled in a flute or white-wine glass to lift the aromatics and fine bead. Works as a welcome pour, a by-the-glass sparkling feature, or a premium bottle for guests seeking an elegant alcohol-free option.
What it pairs with
Aperitif and welcome pour; oysters, caviar, and shellfish; light vegetarian starters and mains; most desserts. A genuine across-the-menu pour — the acidity and fine bead cut through brine where a still alternative falls flat.
