What is the Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Intro Set?
The Intro Set is a mixed case of six 750ml bottles — two each of the three alcohol-free Copenhagen Sparkling Teas: BLÅ (floral and complex), LYSERØD (a dry sparkling rosé), and LYSEGRØN (fresh and citrus-led). It’s built for operators who want to trial the full range before committing to single-variant cases: pour all three as a by-the-glass flight, test guest response, and see which variants move in your venue. Every bottle is genuinely 0.0% ABV and never alcoholized. Zepeim is the proud US importer.

BLÅ — floral & complex
Delicate jasmine, chamomile, and citrus over a round white-tea mid-palate, with a long finish carried by Darjeeling First Flush tannins. The complex, food-pairing flagship — an aperitif that also carries starters, light mains, and most desserts. 50 g/l sugar; no added sulphites.
LYSERØD — dry sparkling rosé
The driest in the range at 20 g/l sugar. Intense red-berry and red-apple aromas over a comfortably dry oolong-and-hibiscus palate, balanced by smooth Silver Needle white tea. Built for the salty kitchen — seafood and especially oysters.
LYSEGRØN — fresh & citrus
Lively and elegant, with citrus, green tea, minerality, and apple. Lemongrass and orange peel lead into a long Darjeeling-and-green-apple finish. A fresh aperitif for oysters, caviar, fish, and seafood. Contains sulphites.
Trial a by-the-glass flight
Pour all three side by side as a non-alcoholic flight to see which variants your guests reach for before you commit to full single-variant cases. The lowest-risk way to test the category in your venue.
Serve it
Serve all three well chilled (around 41°F (5°C)) in flutes or white-wine glasses to lift the aromatics and fine bead. Each works as a welcome pour, a by-the-glass feature, or a premium bottle for guests seeking an elegant alcohol-free option.
Scale up the winners
Once you know which variants move, reorder them by the full 12-bottle case — available in both 750ml and 375ml formats.
The sparkling-tea category was created in 2010 by award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba, who couldn’t find a wine to match a dessert despite a 1,700-bottle cellar — and built a blend of exclusive teas instead. In 2017 he partnered with Bo Sten Hansen to found Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company; the first bottle sold in Copenhagen that May. The range now reaches more than 50 countries and over 100 Michelin restaurants — recognition that does real work on a wine list. Zepeim is the proud US importer.
