What is Kolonne Null Rosé?
Kolonne Null Rosé is a premium dealcoholized still rosé wine — sold by the case for trade. Kolonne Null starts with real wine from award-winning European family wineries, then gently removes the alcohol by vacuum distillation at around 30°C, recovering the natural aromas. The result is <0.5% (dealcoholized), vegan, and faithful to the grape: Rosé cuvée (European) from France (Provence-style). It tastes like wine because it was wine. Zepeim is the proud US importer.

Kolonne Null, founded in Berlin in 2018 by Philipp Roble, is the category leader in dealcoholized wine. Working from an in-house Berlin wine laboratory, they partner with award-winning family wineries across Europe — from the Nahe and Mosel to Provence and Spain — often collaborating before harvest to select base wines built for dealcoholization. The alcohol is then gently removed by vacuum distillation at low temperature with aroma recovery. The result is vegan, low-calorie, and faithful to the grape. Zepeim is the proud US importer.
