The 2023 vintage, marked by a rainy autumn, presented some challenges that our winemakers mastered perfectly and, thanks to their many years of expertise, curated a particularly exciting aroma profile: Instead of the usual exotic fruit notes, the 2023 Riesling impresses with a clear fruit aroma dominated by golden yellow local fruits.

The acidity that is characteristic of Riesling is particularly spicy in this vintage and requires a great deal of sensitivity when dealing with alcohol. But it is precisely this spicy acidity, well balanced, that gives the wine a special tension and ensures an excellent drinking flow.
