What is Copenhagen Sparkling Tea LYSEGRØN?
Copenhagen Sparkling Tea LYSEGRØN is a genuinely alcohol-free (0.0% ABV) organic sparkling tea from Denmark — the range’s fresh, citrus-led variant — sold by the case of twelve 750ml bottles. Up to 13 organic teas are hand-brewed separately, then blended with a dash of grape juice and lemon and lightly carbonated, building real complexity without a drop of alcohol. Created as a classic, fresh, citrusy counterpoint to the dry LYSERØD and floral BLÅ, it works best as a non-alcoholic aperitif and a raw-bar pour: welcome glasses, by-the-glass pairings, oysters, caviar, and seafood. Zepeim is the proud US importer.

Flavor profile
Complex aromas of citrus, green tea, minerality, and apple. The taste is lively and elegant with notes of citrus, lemongrass, Earl Green Sencha, and orange peel, carried by West Lake Dragon Well and Sencha green teas. Remarkable layers and a long-lasting hint of Darjeeling and green apple on the finish. The colour is clear with green nuances.
How to serve it
Serve well chilled (around 41°F (5°C)) in a flute or white-wine glass to lift the citrus aromatics and delicate bubbles. Works as a fresh welcome pour, a by-the-glass sparkling feature, or a premium bottle for guests seeking an elegant alcohol-free option.
What it pairs with
A fresh non-alcoholic aperitif that pairs beautifully with oysters, caviar, fish, and seafood. Its citrus lift and delicate bead make it a natural raw-bar and tasting-counter pour.

The sparkling-tea category was created in 2010 by award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba, who couldn’t find a wine to match a dessert despite a 1,700-bottle cellar — and built a blend of exclusive teas instead. In 2017 he partnered with Bo Sten Hansen to found Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company; the first bottle sold in Copenhagen that May. The range now reaches more than 50 countries and over 100 Michelin restaurants — recognition that does real work on a wine list. Zepeim is the proud US importer.
